These terms apply when you use our website or app, create an account, or place an order. By placing an order, you agree to them, and to our Shipping & delivery, Returns, refunds & cancellations and Privacy policies.

By joining or using TrekBuddy, you agree to these terms too, including the TrekBuddy section below.

We may change these terms from time to time. The terms on this page on the day you order are the ones that apply to that order.

• You need an account to place an order.
• Give us true and current details, especially your name, delivery address and phone number, so we can deliver to you.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• We may close an account that is used for fraud or to break these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time. Here is how.

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Each product page shows whether its price includes GST (“Inclusive of all taxes”) or shows the GST added on top. Checkout shows the full amount, with GST and delivery, before you place your order.

When you place an order, you are offering to buy what is in your bag at those prices. We confirm the order by email.

We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be out of stock, a price was clearly a mistake, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid.

We sell to customers in India only.

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
• Online: when checkout offers it, you can pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, our payment partner. We never see or store your full card number.

In our design studio you can print your own artwork or text on a piece. A custom print is made for you alone, to order.

• When you upload artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not break the law or anyone else's rights, such as copyright, a trademark or someone's privacy.
• The artwork stays yours. You allow us to use it to make and deliver your order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe its design is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. If we do, we refund anything you have paid.
• Custom prints cannot be cancelled once printing has started, and can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective or wrong.

When we dispatch, how long delivery takes and what it costs are in Shipping & delivery. How to return, exchange or cancel, and when refunds are paid, are in Returns, refunds & cancellations. Both are part of these terms.

TrekBuddy is the part of DEWDROPZ where members and clubs share trips and outdoor events, and ask to join each other. This section applies when you use it, along with the rest of these terms.

What DEWDROPZ does not do

• We do not organise, lead, vet or supervise any trip or event. Members and clubs share them, and they are responsible for what they post.
• We do not check who anyone is, or their age, experience or fitness. A profile is what its owner wrote.
• “Phone verified” and “Email verified” only mean that a member confirmed that phone number or email address. “Papers checked” only means we have seen a club's registration papers. None of these is a promise that a person or a trip is safe.
• We do not sell places or hold money. Any costs are settled between the people going.

Your part

• You must be 18 or over to join.
• You choose what to join and who to go with. You take part at your own discretion and at your own risk. Outdoor trips can lead to injury, illness, loss or worse.
• Check the route, the weather and your own fitness before you go, and read our Safety page. In an emergency, call 112. We do not receive those calls and cannot send help.
• Post only what is true and lawful. Do not harass anyone or pretend to be someone else. Do not post phone numbers, email addresses or social handles.
• You can report a trip or a person from their page. We may remove a post, or suspend or close an account, if it breaks these terms or puts someone at risk.

Our responsibility

Because we do not run these trips, we are not liable for what happens on them, or for what members and clubs post or do. This does not take away any right you have under Indian law.

• We are responsible for sending you what you ordered, as it was described.
• If something goes wrong with an order, the most we are liable for is the amount you paid for it.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier and network disruptions.
• Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This does not affect your right to complain to a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

If you have a complaint about an order, a product or this site, you can write to our Grievance Officer, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 provide.
